he already has exceptional livestock skills. He is firm

Cindy is a tag-along dog. She has worked sheep,
goats, cattle and geese. She has a lot of prey drive and
does best with less flighty stock. She uses different
styles in different situations. Cindy herds independently,
returning escapees to their proper pen without
instruction. She loves babies and defends her livestock
when they are threatened. She knows her territory and
stays on it, guarding it from all strange dogs and
predators. She routinely hunts vermin and is a willing
fighter with large or vicious prey. She is a moderately
soft dog who loves her master. She is wary of strangers
but is called off easily once introduced. Cindy is the dog
I get in situations where I need my "good" dog.

| Backer's Acres Poppy Ford Date of birth: 10-30-2008 Registration: ESC-712 Poppy is bred on the Dunrovin’s Old Shep line and has 3 doses. She is the granddaughter of Chesney’s Lily of the Valley. She is a very high energy , high prey drive pup. Poppy has finally reached a level of maturity where she can be left on her own with the livestock. She has some fence watching ability and is a varmint getter. She is good with the grandkids and loves to play. She has a real sweet disposition and loves affection. and has absolutely no prey drive. He
can be directed thru the sheep without
even looking their direction but will
move them upon command. He is
extremely biddable and wants to work
and help. He loves children and is
protective of the family. Bob is a NBT
and has wonderful dogs in his
background. I look forward to him
being a working farm companion and
sire of beautiful and intelligent pups in
the upcoming years.

completely unruffled by anything. She is extremely
timid and lacks a lot of confidence yet accepts
whatever is dealt her way. She shows no prey drive
and will go thru the livestock without looking their
direction. Mattie came to me without much
socialization and has required some extra care to
get her to trust. But she has progressed nicely and
I'm looking forward to using her on livestock. She
has warmed up to the grandchildren and will now
play with them easily.
